These Pre Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all pre order purchases made on swyvfootwear.com. By placing a pre order for any products on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

1. Pre Order Placement

Eligibility: Pre orders are available for select products that are marked as "Pre Order" on our website. These products may not be in stock yet but are expected to arrive within a specific time frame.
Placing a Pre Order: When you place a pre order, you are agreeing to purchase the item at the listed price, which may be subject to change in the event of updates to the product or availability.
Binding Agreement: By submitting a pre order, you are entering into a binding contract with SWYV FOOTWEAR to purchase the item(s) as soon as they become available. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

2. Payment Terms

Payment Timing: You will be charged immediately when you place a pre order unless specified otherwise.
Pricing and Charges: The total amount of your pre order includes the item price, applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. Prices may be subject to change before the item ships, and you will be notified of any significant price adjustments before shipment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated Delivery Dates: Estimated shipping and delivery dates for pre order items are 3 weeks after payment. These dates are approximate and are subject to change based on availability, production schedules, and other factors. We make no guarantees regarding exact delivery dates.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for pre order items will be calculated and added to your order at checkout. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and any other import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping of Multiple Items: If you place a pre order with other in stock items, we will hold the entire order until the pre order item is available. You will be notified of the shipping arrangements. So, to receive the item in stock earlier, you'll need to place a separate order.
Tracking Information: Once your pre order item ships, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details.

4. Availability & Stock

Product Availability: Pre ordered products are subject to availability from our suppliers or manufacturers. While we strive to keep accurate stock information, delays or shortages may occur that could affect your pre order.
Backorders & Cancellations: If the pre order item is unavailable or discontinued, we will notify you and offer a full refund or suggest a suitable alternative product. If you choose to cancel, a refund will be issued promptly.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

Order Cancellation: Pre orders can be canceled by contacting our customer service team within 24 hours of order placement. After this 24 hour window, cancellations may not be possible as your order may have been processed or fulfilled.
