2. How do I place an order?

To order from Swyv online:

  1. Visit the product detail page for an item you wish to buy
  2. Select color, size, and quantity
  3. Click "Add to Cart"
  4. When you've finished adding items to your cart, click the shopping cart icon
  5. If you need, make edits to your cart
  6. Click “Proceed to Checkout" and follow the on-screen instructions
  7. Enter your name and address details
  8. Click “Continue to shipping method"
  9. Review your order information for the shipping and billing pages
  10. Click "Continue to payment method" 
  11. Choose your payment method and click "Complete order" to complete your purchase

3. I don’t have an account; can I still buy something, track my order or create a return?

Of course, you can! To place an order, you can check out as a guest if you don’t want to create an account.
To see the status of your order, track a shipment or create a return just check your email. Because we already email your invoice and your tracking number to your email.
